Before I went to ‘Moving Minds’ I was struggling with PTSD and major anxiety from many situations that happened over a 5 year period. I started having panic attacks, feeling overwhelmed by things that we out of my control and was thinking irrationally. It got a to a point where I couldn’t even drive alone.
I got recommended to go see Greg and my gosh! After the first session, I felt amazing. The tricks and technique he used was second to none. It felt like my anxiety basically got stripped away and a new pathway was built to overcome certain challenges.
Now, post treatment and 3 sessions later, my life feels like it’s been changed!
Greg, I cannot thank you enough for your time to help me. I’m truly so grateful for the team ❤️

Worked for me. Got receptive. It did moove something in my mind making me stronger against the addiction. Totally quit straight away.
Like magic.
Need a bit of thinking about what do you really feel and trying to visualise everything. That's on what the session is gonna be working on. The more accurate, the more efficient it will be

Not sure where to start? Ive been through some things in my life. At first I was a sceptic. As many are, my outlook on this quickly changed. I had alcohol problems. It took two sessions to turn me 180 degrees. I can confidently say i do not drink any longer. What Greg has done for me and my issues and in helping me solve them and help me stay off alcohol has been nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend to anyone that might be considering this, to give it a go, I’m sure it will change your life also.

Kimberlee Ewington-Pratt — wow. I am so incredibly grateful for the changes I’ve seen in my daughter since working with you. I initially reached out to see if Kimberlee could help my daughter with ADHD. At the time, she was filling her dopamine needs with food addiction, which had become all-consuming. We were dealing with midnight binge eating, poor sleep, and unhealthy weight gain.

After only three sessions, my daughter came out motivated and inspired. We even joined a gym together. She’s more organised, excited for school, and now comes straight home to do her homework. So many of the traits ADHD children struggle with have noticeably improved.

What’s most amazing is that the sessions didn’t seem narrowly focused on the specific issues I originally raised. Instead, Kimberlee worked with my daughter through her traumas, anxieties, and concerns — and in doing so, strengthened her mindset as a whole. The results have been profound.

“Moving Minds” is such an appropriate business name — because that’s exactly what Kimberlee did. We’ll absolutely continue seeing her, even if it’s just a six-monthly session as a mental health check 😉

Greg is very nice and professional. It has opened a new path to treat my anxiety and anger issues. He helped me to create new ways of thinking, to change the mindsets, also learned the tools of how to cope with the bad moments. I did see the change after 4 sessions of treatments. I had a past life regression done with Rebecca and it is so amazing how it has helped me in this timeline. I’ve suffered from anxiety all my life. It’s always held me back from achieving my full potential, but I’d learned to live with it, until perimenopause hit. Suddenly, the anxiety became so much worse that I wasn’t coping anymore. I had constant inner trembling that sometimes showed outwardly too. It affected everything I did. I was clumsy, dropping things, unable to focus, and I just didn’t want to go down the medication path.
That’s when I decided to give hypnosis a try and booked the standard four sessions with Greg from Moving Minds. After just the first session, the inner trembling completely disappeared. I could think clearly again and focus, and the clumsiness stopped too. I still felt emotions when appropriate, just not all the time and not in overdrive.
Not long after that first session, our horse escaped her paddock and ran toward the road. Normally, that situation would send me into a full-blown panic, unable to think straight. But this time, I stayed calm, thought through what needed to be done, and handled it with a clear head. Greg reminded me that emotions are natural and necessary, we just need to know how to manage them.
On my third session, I asked for help with willpower to exercise, as I’ve been feeling weaker with age. Greg did his magic, and now I exercise most mornings. No excuses, no effort, it just feels natural. Honestly, that change alone has been life changing.
He’s also given me coping tools and recordings that have helped tremendously with my menopausal sleep issues. I’ve now had three sessions, and I honestly feel like a different person. Calm, in control, and motivated. The tremors stopped instantly after the first session, but the other changes happened gradually, so I didn’t even notice how much I’d improved until I looked back.
The recordings and techniques work beautifully, and I finally feel like I’m in control of my life. Not that nasty little voice called anxiety.

I had struggled with addiction for a long time and it was having extremely negative effects on me, my family and my ability to function. I reached out to Greg with optimism but realistic expectations and importantly with an open mind and determination to change things. I believe that anyone who is truly determined and has made the conscious decision to quit and improve themselves will ultimately succeed. Greg’s ability to understand my situation, willingness to succeed and motivation enabled him to approach the task with insight. The results for me have been immediate and positive. Greg's Hypno fixed me!

I orginally booked in and pre paid for 4x sessions thinking "my food addictions are so bad, its going to take so much time and effort"

What a horriable limiting belief i had, Greg removed that forever.

Because by session 2 I was heeled!

I felt seen, heard & felt like it was a safe space to cry.

Session 3 we worked on another topic and fixed that in 1 session. (I had this deep belief that I didn't hold the patients required to lead a big team. Belief GONE! )

Session 4 we heeled the next thing.

Now im booked in with Greg for ANY and every micro topic moving forward thats holding me back.

That was easy!

Greg has been truly amazing. I was so sceptical before booking in but it has truly changed my life. I initially booked in to try address past trauma, recurring bad dreams, negativity and bottled up anger. I didn’t even know it was possible!

Greg at Moving Minds Hypnotherapy truly changed my life. I was struggling with a long-term obsession due to anxiety that completely took over my thoughts and daily routine. It was affecting my mental health and holding me back a lot in my life.

I had tried everything, but nothing gave me lasting relief as I was trying to solve an irrational problem with logic and was just going in circles.

I decided to give hypnosis a try after little success from psychologists.
I had suffered from anxiety related to PTSD from my job as a nurse .
Greg used conversational hypnosis with me. I was open to changing my perceptions and negative thought patterns. The whole conversation just flowed , I felt totally safe and had complete trust in Greg as soon as I met him. He has a beautiful calming and caring energy .
I have come away feeling calmer , freer and in control of my emotions.

I truly wish I had met Greg years ago! It would have saved me from spending years revisiting the same traumas with various counsellors, talking about them without ever feeling like I was making progress. While those conversations helped me understand why I felt a certain way, they didn’t help me move forward. I know counselling can be helpful for many, but my sessions with Greg were able to help me shift the emotions that came from trauma, nothing like I have ever experienced before. He helped me reframe how my brain processed these traumatic events and the emotions tied to them.

Not only has this shift helped me emotionally, but it has also had a profound impact on my physical well-being. The frequent headaches and body pain that I have been having for years have improved significantly after one of my last sessions with Greg. Recently, I was barely able to last a week without Chiropractic treatment, and it's been nearly a month, and I haven't needed any treatments from the Chiropractor yet! As Greg explained, everything is connected, and I now realize much of my physical pain was tied to unresolved emotional trauma. Greg has helped give me some techniques that I can do at home with Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT) if any negative emotions or pain start to resurface and this has been so beneficial also.

My experience with Greg was far from what I expected—it felt like a simple conversation, yet I left each of my four appointments with a deep sense of gratitude and amazement at how effective his approach was in such a short time. Greg is compassionate, empathetic, and truly invested in helping people move forward. I am incredibly thankful for his help. Thank you, Greg!

I’ve been seeing Greg this year and he has genuinely changed my life.
I have always struggled with alcohol use to numb my emotions/stress levels and he helped me through this with sessions not only with the alcohol use but also the underlying causes of that.
I see him now just for maintenance sessions for when I feel my anxiety is high and I always leave feeling amazing and feel I’m in better control of my life. Greg is a magician in my eyes. I have suffered from severe anxiety from a panic attack I had on the highway 15 years ago. I have tried every from counselling, psychologists, psychiatrists, medication, CBT and online hypnosis audios. Nothing has worked for me no matter how much I have tried. I had 1 session with Greg and it changed my life. Something that has consumed my life for 15 years is no longer there. I could only drive the side roads and would take me hours to get there or I would avoid going to that place all together. Hypnotherapy is something I have been hesitant on and never really believed that it would work. I drove on the highway on the weekend without being able to make myself panic no matter how much I tried. I wish I tried this sooner and lived my life without this phobia consuming my every move. I just want to edit my review - i can see the fake 1 star reviews come through and want to really let everyone know how incredibly passionate Greg is about his work, and how he went above and beyond for me even in between sessions to ensure i was staying on track. The type of care and service far exceeded any psychology appointment I've been to. And I'll be referring all my friends and family to him. Thank you!!!

I'm feeling like I'm actually free from years of trauma and repeated patterns that I couldn't break free from. From the first session with Greg, he cleared them and I feel like I'm finally actually living. I went and saw Greg to help me to quit smoking, this was 4 months ago. I went on an overseas trip to Europe 2 weeks after my sessions and thought I’d wait until I returned to leave my review. Well all I can say is why did I leave it so long to get help with quitting the smokes because I have felt this has been so easy for me. Not once have I felt the urge or desire to have a cigarette, even travelling through Europe where everyone smokes! I couldn’t believe how many people smoke and they can anywhere including restaurants which is so different to here. I didn’t crave or miss the cigarettes at all. Greg was fantastic and reassuring, I felt comfortable during my sessions and even though I succeeded after the first session, I went and completed my second session with Greg for reinforcement. So 4 months later, I am a non smoker and feeling great! Thank you so much Greg 😊

I am adding to my review, over the past weeks I have become more aware oh the changes that my brain has undertaken and have managed to get through 4 weeks of work that at the start I thought I would not be able to do. The small skills that greg has given me to use to overcome self doubt and worry have been welcomed everyday and have enabled me to increase my confidence in who I am and who I can become.
Take this comment as honest and real and again if you need support this is such a purposeful and empowering game changer. This is about embracing all things that are positive! Dont make a judgement about hypnotherapy until you have given it a genuine chance.
My life has changed! Greg is calm, quiet, and knowledgable about how the brain works. He has many different strategies to help with everyday situations of all kinds. Negotiating everyday situations for me was fraught with self doubt and me lacking in confidence. Hypnosis with Greg has enabled me to undergo neuroplasticity- where my neurons have been able to reform due to letting go of situations in my past and present that have caused distress and a decreased sense of belief in myself.
I thought the process would be hard and confronting but was not at all. I had to work on identifying my feelings through my conscious brain and then my subconscious brain was able to address these and through neuroplasticity rewire my brain for me to feel released from the feelings of doubt and feelings of procrastination and avoidance of tough life requirements.

I am happy, directed and settled. Hypnosis has helped me to find me and to work with my own thoughts and feelings to be free from self doubt and incrimination without having to go through personal and difficult memories again and again.

Our 13 yr old daughter has struggled with debilitating anxiety for a few years. As she progresses through her sporting life we have seen her anxiety hold her back time and time again from achieving her goals and living out her dreams. We booked in with Rebecca with a focus on her being able to over come her anxiety she was feeling around her upcoming grand final. 1 session with Rebecca had her whole mindset change. She walked out full of excitement and the message- turn nervousness into excitement! She Did Exactly that!!! She prepared all week with confidence. Something we had not seen before. Normally we would have a number of anxiety attacks. We had none. It was incredible to see her shine through the whole week. She played the best she has ever played and her confidence now is showing. She is now thriving! We can not recommend Rebecca highly enough. As a bonus we also won the grand final.

I came in to this experience with an open mind but had no idea how much it would change my life. Rebecca is just so lovely and empathetic, and I felt fully supported through all my sessions with her. I was a lifetime sufferer of anxiety, and after seeing Greg, I have not suffered anxiety in over 8 weeks. It was a daily occurrence for way too many years, so to say it has been absolutely life-changing is an understatement. I can’t even force myself to be anxious, no matter how hard I try.

I’ve also seen Greg for a couple of other things (including cutting down my drinking habits to only socially drinking and also overthinking almost everything), and after 3 sessions, my life has changed forever!!! For someone who was never a believer in “woo-woo” therapies, I am now a converted believer.

It’s not what you picture hypnotherapy as either. You don't go into a trance like you see on the TV and he also doesn’t delve deep into what the reasoning is behind the feelings like a psychologist does. Had I not experienced it myself, I would never have believed it.

I have smoke weed for 15 year everyday and could not stop no matter what i tried and it was affecting my relationship and my own mental . I had a great experience at Moving Minds! I booked in 4 sessions to see Greg to help with my long history of anxiety, brain fog, family issues, self-doubt & low confidence.

It’s quite hard to put your experience into words, because it is hard to explain how you can feel significantly better so quickly.

Conversational hypnotherapy is not something I have done before, however, I did notice a difference even after our first session. I felt much lighter, clear-minded and confident in my decisions.

It got to the point where we didn’t feel like I needed all 4 sessions.

However, I decided to continue (spreading the sessions out further) to maintain what I had been working through.

I am very grateful to Greg and his work and actually sad to see it come to an end (even though, I think this is a great place to be)

Coming to moving minds has completely changed my whole life.
I decided to go to Greg after reading lots of amazing reviews as I have suffered with an incredible about of anxiety throughout my whole life. Since I left my first appointment in June last year, anxiety is not an issue I experience whatsoever. I waited a few days, then a few weeks, then a few months, to see if things would go back to the old ways, they have not! I don’t know how it works. I’ve tried everything else with no success. Wow, where do I start!

I reached out to Greg and his team to help me with my anxiety and my dissociation and the results are life changing. Through working with Greg, I have found myself again and feel that all the “noise” I used to feel building up before has completely disappeared.
