Moving Minds Hypnotherapy (MMH) often books out 3-4 weeks in advance and therefore has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy.
When a booking has been made, the time allocation has been reserved specifically for you. If this appointment is cancelled at the last minute or the client doesn’t show up, it prevents us from booking someone into that time from our waiting list. This affects not only the daily operations of MMH but also other people in the community who are ready to make a change and may have gladly taken the appointment.

In the event of a no-show, or if the client has failed to cancel or rebook with a minimum of 48 hours notice, the session may be forfeited, and a fee equal to 100% of the session price is charged. Any balance will be applied to the credit card used for deposit.

Hypnotherapy, like psychology or counselling, falls under the banner of psychotherapy. It is illegal under Australian law to provide a guarantee of a therapeutic outcome.
MMH commits to adhering to all ongoing education and supervisory requirements set out by the Australian Hypnotherapists Association (AHA), and to do their absolute best, within their experience and expertise, to achieve your desired result.
If Client engages in or completes a session with a Hypnotherapist, refunds are not possible irrespective of the outcome of the sessions.
If a session/s is cancelled and the conditions set out above are met, then a refund will be issued on the session/s not completed. If a multi-session discount was applied to initial payment, the refund will be adjusted based on the amount of sessions actually attended.
