I had doubts and many questions before working with Greg. But my experience has been a wonderful surprise. I still have no idea how he did it but he has rid me of my lifetime addiction to sugar. I still have an occasional treat with family or friends but not that old habit that it used to be. Thank you Greg!

I was a bit sceptical before trying hypnosis, as I had exhausted every avenue in the past with no success. I can honestly say that since Hannah Murphy has been working with me, I have noticed a huge difference. Hannah made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked into Moving Minds. I highly recommend Hannah to anyone who is struggling with any type of problem, and feels like nothing seems to work.

I wasn’t sure only 4 sessions with Kimberlee was going to resolve my very long history of anxiety and serval debilitating panic attacks. I wasn’t even 100% sure after our second sessions but as weeks went by I notice a totally different me. Taking onboard her metaphors during our sessions I used these daily to help me overcome my anxiety and to realize I was releasing old habits and creating a new me, a relaxed me looking forward to a life no longer controlled by anxiety or panic attacks. I am so thankful for her help. I highly recommend anyone suffering as I have to seek out Kimberlee’s help.

I’m so glad I chose to see Greg. I experienced a huge shift from the very first session. I initially came to him for long-term grinding and clenching, but the sessions helped me in so many other areas of my life too, like a ripple effect by addressing the deeper emotional roots connected to my childhood. I walked away with so much more than I had hoped for. I can’t recommend Greg’s sessions highly enough.

I went to see Greg for a habit that was annoying me, and I can’t even begin to explain what I got on top. Pain I had been experiencing for decades—and had endless medical interventions for—was gone. Conflicts and traumas were addressed at the root in a few sessions. I didn’t even have to talk through all the challenges; it was a deeply somatic experience. Greg is incredibly perceptive and, in my mind, a magician. Thank you to the team!

I couldn’t recommend Kimberlee highly enough. From our very first session, I instantly felt a genuine connection with her. Her authenticity, warmth and deep understanding of the human psyche created a space where I felt completely safe, heard and understood. Over our sessions, Kimberlee helped me work through some deep childhood wounds and patterns that I honestly never thought I would be able to loosen or move through. She has an incredible ability to gently guide you beneath the surface and help you understand yourself on a much deeper level. Every session was incredibly valuable and gave me new insights that I’ve been able to carry into my everyday life. I walked away feeling lighter, more self-aware and with a much better understanding of myself and where some of my patterns come from. Kimberlee is not only extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what she does, but she genuinely cares about the people she works with. Her approach feels authentic, compassionate and empowering. I’m so grateful I found her and would wholeheartedly recommend Kimberlee to anyone who is wanting to grow, learn more about themselves, work through old patterns or simply create positive change in their life. My four sessions with her were incredibly valuable, and I know the impact will stay with me for a long time.

My experience with Greg's way of hypnotherapy was amazing and got to the root of the matter without wasting time over analysing. Greg gave me a new sense of perspective and ways of dealing with my issue by over riding and eliminating the problem with sound techniques. I am really glad I contacted Moving Minds Hypnotherapy and finely getting some real results.

I honestly can’t recommend Greg highly enough. From the very beginning, I found him to be incredibly professional, empathetic and exceptionally intuitive. Through hypnotherapy, Greg has helped me shift years of stagnant trauma that I had carried with me for far too long. The changes I’ve experienced have been profound, and I’m incredibly grateful for the way he guided me through the process with such understanding, insight and care. What I appreciated most was that Greg didn’t just support me during our sessions, he gave me practical tools and strategies that I can continue using long after our work together has finished. I genuinely feel equipped to move forward with a completely different understanding of myself and how to manage things when they arise. Choosing to work with Greg has genuinely been one of the best decisions I have made for myself. I can’t thank him enough for the difference his hypnotherapy has made in my life. If you’re considering hypnotherapy and looking for someone who combines professionalism with genuine empathy and remarkable intuition, I wholeheartedly recommend Greg.

I can’t recommend Greg and his hypnotherapy sessions highly enough. I was honestly amazed at how effective it was and the results I experienced after just one session. Even when I couldn’t make it in for one of my sessions, Greg was able to do it over the phone, and I was surprised at how well it worked — I still got fantastic results. Greg is professional, easy to talk to and genuinely knows what he’s doing. If you’re considering hypnotherapy, I would definitely recommend giving Greg a try. The results have been amazing for me!

Greg is doing gods work. Hypnotherapy is therapy with more tools. I went to him with a food related issue and was a different person after the first session alone. He can tune into anxiousness and discomfort in a way I didn't think was possible. We discussed multiple topics and after each I couldn't recall the strong feelings of anger, resentment, fear, unease that I had felt all my life. If you're thinking about it, just do it. I wish I had sooner.

Committing to a series of sessions with Greg Thompson of Moving Minds is without doubt the smartest decision I’ve ever made. The first session started with me outlining my issues, anger, guilt, grief and addiction. Since Greg had documented what I stated we discuss what I had identified as the most troubling with Greg using my own words and then we embarked on a conversation which morphed into conversational hypnotherapy and once that particular conversation finished I couldn’t even feel the negative emotion I’d attached to the subject matter. It had literally disappeared. My mind could not venture into that torment. He’s an absolute genius! He’s relatable, he sees us, his patients and he is passionate about good outcomes. Honestly if you’re reading this and you want a better life don’t hesitate because I doubt there is anyone on the Gold Coast getting even similarly excellent results.

If you're considering it, just go, and go in with an open mind.

Had an issue with food intolerances and IBS (brain/gut interaction) that other approaches had not helped. The conversational hypnotherapy worked and although I needed several sessions to fully bed in the new brain/gut interaction response, I had noticeable benefits from the first session. Worth the investment and could not be happier with the outcome.

Greg has a lovely, calming presence and a natural ability to get to the root of underlying issues, then help you work through and unravel them. I’ve come out of this experience mentally stronger. I no longer dwell on negative thoughts the way I once did, and I’ve been able to come to terms with past trauma that I didn’t realise was still affecting me. I highly recommend Greg and have already referred quite a few friends to him.

I recently completed 4 sessions with Kimberlee. Kimberlee has helped ease my anxiety, let go of guilt that I had been holding onto for so many years, and has helped me look at myself from a completely different perspective. Helping me to understand the importance of me and having the courage to tell others that maybe sometimes I'm not okay. She has helped me in being comfortable with who I am and has given me tools to help with that. Those closest to me have noticed the change in my and more importantly I have noticed the changes in myself. Kimberlee's personal approach cannot help but make you feel comfortable and safe on this journey. It is my first experience with hypnotherapy and I am so very glad I took the plunge. So if in doubt about trying this, don't be. It is amazing what Kimberlee can discover within you through conversation. I will be revisiting Kimberlee in the future if i need to redial back into my subconscious to keep this growth happening. Thankyou Kimberlee.

Absolutely amazing, in the beginning I had my douts about hypnosis and didnt understand how it could help me with controlling my anxiety. But after my first session with Greg I was absolutely amazed. I went from not eating at all for weeks on end from being so anxious, panicking and fillies with anxiety at the sight of clouds any other color then white, not being able to sleep in the dark or at all and with out background sounds ever since I can remember. Ever since my first session I have slept in complete darkness with no noise, I’m eating a lot and have actually gained weight, not freaking out at the thought of a drop of rain or dark clouds. I am also able to go and sleep at other places than my house as I have NEVER been able to do before until now, even small thubgs like just going out with my friends for the day used to scare me from the thought of feeling sick and not being able to go home or something bad happening, I am now going out every 2-3rd day like every other 17 yr old and see my friends outside of school. Greg has truly changed my life for the better and I find it amazing I heavily recommend letting him do his thing.

Before I went to ‘Moving Minds’ I was struggling with PTSD and major anxiety from many situations that happened over a 5 year period. I started having panic attacks, feeling overwhelmed by things that we out of my control and was thinking irrationally. It got a to a point where I couldn’t even drive alone. I got recommended to go see Greg and my gosh! After the first session, I felt amazing. The tricks and technique he used was second to none. It felt like my anxiety basically got stripped away and a new pathway was built to overcome certain challenges. Now, post treatment and 3 sessions later, my life feels like it’s been changed! Greg, I cannot thank you enough for your time to help me. I’m truly so grateful for the team ❤️ If I can recommend anything to you if you feel unsure, have a session!!!

Kimberlee Ewington-Pratt — wow. I am so incredibly grateful for the changes I’ve seen in my daughter since working with you. I initially reached out to see if Kimberlee could help my daughter with ADHD. At the time, she was filling her dopamine needs with food addiction, which had become all-consuming. We were dealing with midnight binge eating, poor sleep, and unhealthy weight gain. After only three sessions, my daughter came out motivated and inspired. We even joined a gym together. She’s more organised, excited for school, and now comes straight home to do her homework. So many of the traits ADHD children struggle with have noticeably improved. What’s most amazing is that the sessions didn’t seem narrowly focused on the specific issues I originally raised. Instead, Kimberlee worked with my daughter through her traumas, anxieties, and concerns — and in doing so, strengthened her mindset as a whole. The results have been profound. “Moving Minds” is such an appropriate business name — because that’s exactly what Kimberlee did. We’ll absolutely continue seeing her, even if it’s just a six-monthly session as a mental health check 😉 Highly, highly recommend.

Greg is very nice and professional. It has opened a new path to treat my anxiety and anger issues. He helped me to create new ways of thinking, to change the mindsets, also learned the tools of how to cope with the bad moments. I did see the change after 4 sessions of treatments. If you are suffering with mental issue, besides taking medicine, seeing Psychologist, may also considering hypnotherapy. Maybe your life change will start there. Thank you Greg! K. Tu

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I booked my session with Kimberlee to quit vaping - and I walked away with so much more. Not only did I quit vaping, but Kimberlee helped me get to the root cause of why I was holding onto it in the first place. By tapping directly into my subconscious, she helped shift deep-seated limitations and trauma that had been holding me back for years. I now feel a profound sense of freedom and peace, and truly feel like I’ve been given a new lease on life. I’m incredibly grateful for this experience and can’t recommend Kimberlee highly enough.

I’ve suffered from anxiety all my life. It’s always held me back from achieving my full potential, but I’d learned to live with it, until perimenopause hit. Suddenly, the anxiety became so much worse that I wasn’t coping anymore. I had constant inner trembling that sometimes showed outwardly too. It affected everything I did. I was clumsy, dropping things, unable to focus, and I just didn’t want to go down the medication path. That’s when I decided to give hypnosis a try and booked the standard four sessions with Greg from Moving Minds. After just the first session, the inner trembling completely disappeared. I could think clearly again and focus, and the clumsiness stopped too. I still felt emotions when appropriate, just not all the time and not in overdrive. Not long after that first session, our horse escaped her paddock and ran toward the road. Normally, that situation would send me into a full-blown panic, unable to think straight. But this time, I stayed calm, thought through what needed to be done, and handled it with a clear head. Greg reminded me that emotions are natural and necessary, we just need to know how to manage them. On my third session, I asked for help with willpower to exercise, as I’ve been feeling weaker with age. Greg did his magic, and now I exercise most mornings. No excuses, no effort, it just feels natural. Honestly, that change alone has been life changing. He’s also given me coping tools and recordings that have helped tremendously with my menopausal sleep issues. I’ve now had three sessions, and I honestly feel like a different person. Calm, in control, and motivated. The tremors stopped instantly after the first session, but the other changes happened gradually, so I didn’t even notice how much I’d improved until I looked back. The recordings and techniques work beautifully, and I finally feel like I’m in control of my life. Not that nasty little voice called anxiety.

I had struggled with addiction for a long time and it was having extremely negative effects on me, my family and my ability to function. I reached out to Greg with optimism but realistic expectations and importantly with an open mind and determination to change things. I believe that anyone who is truly determined and has made the conscious decision to quit and improve themselves will ultimately succeed. Greg’s ability to understand my situation, willingness to succeed and motivation enabled him to approach the task with insight. The results for me have been immediate and positive. That said it is a collaborative effort that requires commitment. I would urge anyone who is serious about improving themselves and releasing themselves from addiction to contact Greg.

Greg's Hypno fixed me! I orginally booked in and pre paid for 4x sessions thinking "my food addictions are so bad, its going to take so much time and effort" What a horriable limiting belief i had, Greg removed that forever. Because by session 2 I was heeled! I felt seen, heard & felt like it was a safe space to cry. Session 3 we worked on another topic and fixed that in 1 session. (I had this deep belief that I didn't hold the patients required to lead a big team. Belief GONE! ) Session 4 we heeled the next thing. Now im booked in with Greg for ANY and every micro topic moving forward thats holding me back. That was easy!

I saw Greg for hypnotherapy for weight loss after trying all my usual methods that just weren’t working anymore – I was feeling really discouraged and tired. The sessions have helped me shift from an all-or-nothing mindset to a more realistic and healthy approach. I’ve overcome habits like needing sweets or snacks after meals, and I now have a much healthier mindset towards myself. I feel more compassion and self-awareness around what I eat, and after just three sessions I’ve already lost 4kgs. Most importantly, I’ve started picturing myself as the healthy person I want to be, and making good choices feels effortless rather than like I’m chasing a goal. Greg is very kind, thoughtful, and supportive, and I really appreciate the help – thanks Greg!

I can’t recommend Greg highly enough for his honesty and integrity. Before my very first hypnosis session, I filled out the initial intake form that had indepth and insightful questions about my issues. I truly appreciate his approach and the way he puts his clients’ wellbeing first.

Greg at Moving Minds Hypnotherapy truly changed my life. I was struggling with a long-term obsession due to anxiety that completely took over my thoughts and daily routine. It was affecting my mental health and holding me back a lot in my life. I had tried everything, but nothing gave me lasting relief as I was trying to solve an irrational problem with logic and was just going in circles. I booked my first hypnotherapy session with Greg, I felt hopeful. He made me feel at ease right away, and I could tell he genuinely understood how to work with the subconscious mind to create real change. His approach to hypnotherapy isn’t just surface-level and very different to anything I have experienced. This is the first time I’ve felt free from the obsession that once controlled me. I feel lighter, clearer, and much more in control of my life and my thoughts. I was sceptical that it would be that easy, but Greg gave me the tools to navigate any issues in the future and is always happy to work with you to get the desired result Greg truly changed my life for the better and is overall a very good person who truly cares for his clients and their recovery.

His approach was calm, non-judgmental, and really tailored to me. I walked away with the mindset, tools, and confidence to finally let go of something I’d struggled with for years. If you’re serious about making a change — whether it's smoking or something deeper — I highly recommend Greg. He knows what he’s doing and actually cares.

I met Greg 2 years ago now and it was truly the start of my new life. I was in a very very bad place and truly thought I had no future. One session with Greg changed my life literally. I now see Greg every 6 months let's call it a tune up just like a car. Today was that day. It's like leaving a piece of me there when I see Greg the heavy part of me. I leave feeling light airy and just simply my normal and it is so wonderful. Thanks as always Greg.

I decided to give hypnosis a try after little success from psychologists. I had suffered from anxiety related to PTSD from my job as a nurse . Greg used conversational hypnosis with me. I was open to changing my perceptions and negative thought patterns. The whole conversation just flowed , I felt totally safe and had complete trust in Greg as soon as I met him. He has a beautiful calming and caring energy . I have come away feeling calmer , freer and in control of my emotions. I’m not working atm but I know I’ll be just fine once I am . This was a life changing experience I’d recommended to anyone needing help navigating this journey of life 🌸🌸

Greg from Moving Minds changed my life. I was living with constant anxiety from running 2 business’, raising 2 young boys, being a perfectionist and having ADHD, my body was stuck in constant fight or flight. I had seen countless phycologists over the years and by the end talk therapy was just making it worse. After just 1 appointment with Greg the weight lifted and I could for the first time in years take a breath and feel calm. Knowing that this feeling lives inside of my body gave me comfort and helps me get through life’s stresses as I’m able to access this feeling by simply tuning into it. Hanna x

I’ve been to this clinic over different stages of my life and wanted to update my review to reflect that. I worked with Greg last year during a time when I was making big changes in my life, and those sessions helped me build clarity, confidence, and momentum to move forward. More recently, I’ve had a couple of sessions with Kimberlee and the experience has been just as impactful in a different way. I felt a genuine connection with her and a shared understanding of life, which allowed me to work through things I didn’t even realise I was still holding onto. The sessions felt calm, grounded, and deeply supportive, and they gave me a real sense of freedom, presence, and clarity. Thanks Kimberlee. If you feel like there’s something significant holding you back, or something you’ve been carrying for a long time, I would absolutely recommend considering hypnotherapy and this clinic. It’s not about being “fixed,” but about creating space to understand yourself better and move forward in a more aligned way.

In 2024, I was experiencing some pretty intense anxiety and went to Moving Minds Hypnotherapy. I had previous experience with hypnotherapy and knew it worked well for me. Within two sessions with Greg, the anxiety was gone and I was feeling like myself again. I felt very comfortable at Moving Minds and would go again if I ever needed to. Highly recommend.

I had a really positive experience with Rebecca at Moving Mind Hypnotherapy. The session we had has caused a big shift in my understanding and perspective of my life, which in turn has helped me hugely! She was also very kind and professional, I'd highly recommend her if you were considering this type of therapy.

Rebecca was amazing! Such beautiful, kind & uplifting energy. I felt it was a very safe space. I had crippling anxiety impairing a chronic injury from healing. After just one session my view on life has completely changed for the better and my injury is finally healing more day by day. I tried acupuncture, psychology, naturopathy, physiotherapy and hypnotherapy with Rebecca was my last resort. I wish I did it earlier! Would recommend to anyone!

I truly wish I had met Greg years ago! It would have saved me from spending years revisiting the same traumas with various counsellors, talking about them without ever feeling like I was making progress. While those conversations helped me understand why I felt a certain way, they didn’t help me move forward. I know counselling can be helpful for many, but my sessions with Greg were able to help me shift the emotions that came from trauma, nothing like I have ever experienced before. He helped me reframe how my brain processed these traumatic events and the emotions tied to them. Not only has this shift helped me emotionally, but it has also had a profound impact on my physical well-being. The frequent headaches and body pain that I have been having for years have improved significantly after one of my last sessions with Greg. Recently, I was barely able to last a week without Chiropractic treatment, and it's been nearly a month, and I haven't needed any treatments from the Chiropractor yet! As Greg explained, everything is connected, and I now realize much of my physical pain was tied to unresolved emotional trauma. Greg has helped give me some techniques that I can do at home with Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT) if any negative emotions or pain start to resurface and this has been so beneficial also. My experience with Greg was far from what I expected—it felt like a simple conversation, yet I left each of my four appointments with a deep sense of gratitude and amazement at how effective his approach was in such a short time. Greg is compassionate, empathetic, and truly invested in helping people move forward. I am incredibly thankful for his help. Thank you, Greg!

I’ve been seeing Greg this year and he has genuinely changed my life. I have always struggled with alcohol use to numb my emotions/stress levels and he helped me through this with sessions not only with the alcohol use but also the underlying causes of that. I see him now just for maintenance sessions for when I feel my anxiety is high and I always leave feeling amazing and feel I’m in better control of my life. Since I have seen him I’m now 8 months alcohol free. He is very compassionate, kind and caring. I see it as a therapy and hypnosis session in one. Highly recommend!

Greg is a magician in my eyes. I have suffered from severe anxiety from a panic attack I had on the highway 15 years ago. I have tried every from counselling, psychologists, psychiatrists, medication, CBT and online hypnosis audios. Nothing has worked for me no matter how much I have tried. I had 1 session with Greg and it changed my life. Something that has consumed my life for 15 years is no longer there. I could only drive the side roads and would take me hours to get there or I would avoid going to that place all together. Hypnotherapy is something I have been hesitant on and never really believed that it would work. I drove on the highway on the weekend without being able to make myself panic no matter how much I tried. I wish I tried this sooner and lived my life without this phobia consuming my every move. Thank you Greg and I owe so much to you for giving me the freedom I have so long desired. You are worth every cent and you are honestly a godsend!

I just want to edit my review - i can see the fake 1 star reviews come through and want to really let everyone know how incredibly passionate Greg is about his work, and how he went above and beyond for me even in between sessions to ensure i was staying on track. The type of care and service far exceeded any psychology appointment I've been to. And I'll be referring all my friends and family to him. Thank you!!! I'm feeling like I'm actually free from years of trauma and repeated patterns that I couldn't break free from. From the first session with Greg, he cleared them and I feel like I'm finally actually living. It's such an incredible feeling when someone asks "how are you" and I can actually say "I'm great" and it not be a lie. I'm truly grateful amd forever thankful for the work Greg has done.

Moving Minds Hypnotherapy has been a life-changing experience for my family and me. Both Greg and Rebecca are incredibly caring and truly dedicated to helping their clients. They went above and beyond, especially with my child, who was younger than usual for hypnotherapy. The results have been amazing for both of us. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the care we received.

I went and saw Greg to help me to quit smoking, this was 4 months ago. I went on an overseas trip to Europe 2 weeks after my sessions and thought I’d wait until I returned to leave my review. Well all I can say is why did I leave it so long to get help with quitting the smokes because I have felt this has been so easy for me. Not once have I felt the urge or desire to have a cigarette, even travelling through Europe where everyone smokes! I couldn’t believe how many people smoke and they can anywhere including restaurants which is so different to here. I didn’t crave or miss the cigarettes at all. Greg was fantastic and reassuring, I felt comfortable during my sessions and even though I succeeded after the first session, I went and completed my second session with Greg for reinforcement. So 4 months later, I am a non smoker and feeling great! Thank you so much Greg 😊 16 months later and still a non smoker, best decision I ever made. If you’re looking at this treatment to assist you with quitting , I highly recommend Greg and Moving Minds Hypnotherapy Gold Coast

I am adding to my review, over the past weeks I have become more aware oh the changes that my brain has undertaken and have managed to get through 4 weeks of work that at the start I thought I would not be able to do. The small skills that greg has given me to use to overcome self doubt and worry have been welcomed everyday and have enabled me to increase my confidence in who I am and who I can become. Take this comment as honest and real and again if you need support this is such a purposeful and empowering game changer. This is about embracing all things that are positive! Dont make a judgement about hypnotherapy until you have given it a genuine chance. My life has changed! Greg is calm, quiet, and knowledgable about how the brain works. He has many different strategies to help with everyday situations of all kinds. Negotiating everyday situations for me was fraught with self doubt and me lacking in confidence. Hypnosis with Greg has enabled me to undergo neuroplasticity- where my neurons have been able to reform due to letting go of situations in my past and present that have caused distress and a decreased sense of belief in myself. I thought the process would be hard and confronting but was not at all. I had to work on identifying my feelings through my conscious brain and then my subconscious brain was able to address these and through neuroplasticity rewire my brain for me to feel released from the feelings of doubt and feelings of procrastination and avoidance of tough life requirements. I am happy, directed and settled. Hypnosis has helped me to find me and to work with my own thoughts and feelings to be free from self doubt and incrimination without having to go through personal and difficult memories again and again. THIS HAS BEEN A LIFE CHANGING AND LIFE UNDERSTANDING EXPERIENCE. If you are ready for change, Greg is ready to support you!

Our 13 yr old daughter has struggled with debilitating anxiety for a few years. As she progresses through her sporting life we have seen her anxiety hold her back time and time again from achieving her goals and living out her dreams. We booked in with Rebecca with a focus on her being able to over come her anxiety she was feeling around her upcoming grand final. 1 session with Rebecca had her whole mindset change. She walked out full of excitement and the message- turn nervousness into excitement! She Did Exactly that!!! She prepared all week with confidence. Something we had not seen before. Normally we would have a number of anxiety attacks. We had none. It was incredible to see her shine through the whole week. She played the best she has ever played and her confidence now is showing. She is now thriving! We can not recommend Rebecca highly enough. As a bonus we also won the grand final.

Greg's work has been exceptional. I reached out, having spent over 30 years wrestling with my weight. I had tried all sorts of diets, regimes and loads of therapy, but none had worked. The changes I have seen in 4 sessions have been astounding. I feel like a new person in how I think of myself and approach eating and exercise. It's been easy and effortless. I am simply making different and better choices. I couldn't recommend Greg more highly, and now I consider his skills to be part of my internal support team.

My clients and I always get amazing results with Greg and Rebecca. Being a health professional I sometimes have clients lose motivation and undermine their health goals with poor diet and inconsistent exercise. They've helped me and my clients maintain the motivation and discipline needed to achieve weight-loss and health goals. I don't know how they do it, but they are definitely the best hypnotherapists on the Gold Coast

I came in to this experience with an open mind but had no idea how much it would change my life. Rebecca is just so lovely and empathetic, and I felt fully supported through all my sessions with her. I cannot recommend Moving Minds more highly, I am already planning to come back to explore other aspects of Hypnotherapy.

I was a lifetime sufferer of anxiety, and after seeing Greg, I have not suffered anxiety in over 8 weeks. It was a daily occurrence for way too many years, so to say it has been absolutely life-changing is an understatement. I can’t even force myself to be anxious, no matter how hard I try. I’ve also seen Greg for a couple of other things (including cutting down my drinking habits to only socially drinking and also overthinking almost everything), and after 3 sessions, my life has changed forever!!! For someone who was never a believer in “woo-woo” therapies, I am now a converted believer. It’s not what you picture hypnotherapy as either. You don't go into a trance like you see on the TV and he also doesn’t delve deep into what the reasoning is behind the feelings like a psychologist does. Had I not experienced it myself, I would never have believed it. Book in to see Greg. You won’t regret it.

The hypnotherapy sessions with Greg have helped me overcome addictions, deep-rooted fears and anxieties, allowing me to break free from limiting beliefs that were holding me back. I feel more confident, empowered, and in control of my life than ever before. Greg's techniques are effective and personalised, making the entire process feel tailored to my unique journey. Not only is Greg a skilled hypnotherapist, but he is also a compassionate and caring individual. I had a great experience at Moving Minds! I booked in 4 sessions to see Greg to help with my long history of anxiety, brain fog, family issues, self-doubt & low confidence. It’s quite hard to put your experience into words, because it is hard to explain how you can feel significantly better so quickly. Conversational hypnotherapy is not something I have done before, however, I did notice a difference even after our first session. I felt much lighter, clear-minded and confident in my decisions. It got to the point where we didn’t feel like I needed all 4 sessions. However, I decided to continue (spreading the sessions out further) to maintain what I had been working through. I am very grateful to Greg and his work and actually sad to see it come to an end (even though, I think this is a great place to be) If you are here thinking about it, take this as your sign to book in. Coming to moving minds has completely changed my whole life. I decided to go to Greg after reading lots of amazing reviews as I have suffered with an incredible about of anxiety throughout my whole life. Since I left my first appointment in June last year, anxiety is not an issue I experience whatsoever. I waited a few days, then a few weeks, then a few months, to see if things would go back to the old ways, they have not! I don’t know how it works. I’ve tried everything else with no success. Nothing has worked like seeing Greg has. I truly owe him my life because now I get to actually live one.

I can also see and feel myself daily making positive and healthy habits and I couldn’t have done it without him and couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Whatever you feel you may be suffering with, please know that help is out there and Greg is the person to reach out to for anything you may need help with. He has changed my life and I am so grateful, I can not put in to words. Thank you so much mate and to everyone out there, please get the word out that this guy is the best in the business!
