Was sceptical that hypnotherapy could work for me, but pleased to report that Greg was great, and is very adaptable to the client’s needs. Would wholly recommend if anyone with similar “doubts” is considering trying it/him!

My life has changed! Greg is calm, quiet, and knowledgable about how the brain works. He has many different strategies to help with everyday situations of all kinds. Negotiating everyday situations for me was fraught with self doubt and me lacking in confidence. Hypnosis with Greg has enabled me to undergo neuroplasticity- where my neurons have been able to reform due to letting go of situations in my past and present that have caused distress and a decreased sense of belief in myself.I thought the process would be hard and confronting but was not at all. Our 13 yr old daughter has struggled with debilitating anxiety for a few years. As she progresses through her sporting life we have seen her anxiety hold her back time and time again from achieving her goals and living out her dreams. We booked in with Rebecca with a focus on her being able to over come her anxiety she was feeling around her upcoming grand final. 1 session with Rebecca had her whole mindset change. She walked out full of excitement and the message- turn nervousness into excitement! She Did Exactly that!!! She prepared all week with confidence. Something we had not seen before. Normally we would have a number of anxiety attacks. We had none. It was incredible to see her shine through the whole week. She played the best she has ever played and her confidence now is showing. She is now thriving! We can not recommend Rebecca highly enough. As a bonus we also won the grand final.

Greg's work has been exceptional. I reached out, having spent over 30 years wrestling with my weight. I came in to this experience with an open mind but had no idea how much it would change my life. Rebecca is just so lovely and empathetic, and I felt fully supported through all my sessions with her. Although my original booking was for weight loss we covered so many other things that had been affecting my life and perspective for so long. I cannot recommend Moving Minds more highly, I am already planning to come back to explore other aspects of Hypnotherapy.

I was a lifetime sufferer of anxiety, and after seeing Greg, I have not suffered anxiety in over 8 weeks. It was a daily occurrence for way too many years, so to say it has been absolutely life-changing is an understatement. I can’t even force myself to be anxious, no matter how hard I try.I’ve also seen Greg for a couple of other things (including cutting down my drinking habits to only socially drinking and also overthinking almost everything), and after 3 sessions, my life has changed forever!!! For someone who was never a believer in “woo-woo” therapies, I am now a converted believer.It’s not what you picture hypnotherapy as either. You don't go into a trance like you see on the TV and he also doesn’t delve deep into what the reasoning is behind the feelings like a psychologist does. Had I not experienced it myself, I would never have believed it.Book in to see Greg. You won’t regret it.

I have smoke weed for 15 year everyday and could not stop no matter what i tried and it was affecting my relationship and my own mental . Greg Suggested to do 4 sessions and somehow I quit after the first I don’t know how it worked but it did my second session. I had a great experience at Moving Minds! I booked in 4 sessions to see Greg to help with my long history of anxiety, brain fog, family issues, self-doubt & low confidence.It’s quite hard to put your experience into words, because it is hard to explain how you can feel significantly better so quickly.Conversational hypnotherapy is not something I have done before, however, I did notice a difference even after our first session. I felt much lighter, clear-minded and confident in my decisions.It got to the point where we didn’t feel like I needed all 4 sessions.However, I decided to continue (spreading the sessions out further) to maintain what I had been working through.I am very grateful to Greg and his work and actually sad to see it come to an end (even though, I think this is a great place to be)If you are here thinking about it, take this as your sign to book in.Kiera

Coming to moving minds has completely changed my whole life.I decided to go to Greg after reading lots of amazing reviews as I have suffered with an incredible about of anxiety throughout my whole life. Since I left my first appointment in June last year, anxiety is not an issue I experience whatsoever. I waited a few days, then a few weeks, then a few months, to see if things would go back to the old ways, they have not! I don’t know how it works. I’ve tried everything else with no success.
