How does our Gold Coast Anxiety Treatment work?

We like to space these sessions out over six weeks to ensure that you have sufficient time in between each session for integration and to be with you through some ups and downs of life. It’s quite hard to put your experience into words, because it is hard to explain how you can feel significantly better so quickly.
Conversational hypnotherapy is not something I have done before, however, I did notice a difference even after our first session. I felt much lighter, clear-minded and confident in my decisions.
It got to the point where we didn’t feel like I needed all 4 sessions.
However, I decided to continue (spreading the sessions out further) to maintain what I had been working through.
