Clarification: No. This is a common misunderstanding often portrayed in stage hypnosis. Hypnosis at Moving Minds is entirely client-driven—you won’t do or say anything you wouldn’t ordinarily do. In sessions, your goals and intentions are discussed openly, and your subconscious remains protective and in charge.
2. How long does each session last?
Details: Initial sessions typically run for about 90 minutes, while follow-up sessions usually range between 20 and 60 minutes. It’s important to allow sufficient time so you can attend at ease, without rushing.
3. How many hypnotherapy sessions will I need?
